Travel: Regular travel, 1-2 times/month

Years of Work Experience: 2 - 4

Candidate Profile: • Bachelor's degree; accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred but not necessary
• Proven experience in large, complex or interconnected workplaces
• Strong work tenure: 3-5 years of experience in development and/or communications related role, preferably in a non-profit organization with Central Oklahoma context
• Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and establishing local systems
• Experience and interest in grant writing, grants management and foundation/ corporate stewardship, with an emphasis on fiscal administration of state or federal grants
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with TFA stakeholders, including staff, board members, CMs/alumni, external partners and donors
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Workday helpful
• Strong understanding of Teach For America's fiscal policies and procedures.
• Ability to work well with a variety of individuals across various teams and management levels within TFA with respect to portfolio.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and systems-thinking skills; ability to design and implement systems, policies, and procedures for use managing portfolio with staff.
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel, data management principles, and web-based technologies
